The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new building of a detached apartment building in Nová Paka in the form of project documentation for construction. The buiding is designed brick with reinforced concrete ceilings. Perimeter walls on the 1st – 3rd floor is designed ceramic brick blocks th. 300 mm with contact thermal insulation system ETICS th. 200mm, which will be equipped with silicone plaster 1,5mm. Perimeter walls on the underground floor is designed permanent shuttering DITTON 30 th. 300mm, filled with concrete C20/25 XC1 and by steel B500B insulated with extruded polystyrene XPS th. 160mm. Internal load-bearing masonry wall is designed with acoustic ceramic brick blocks th. 250 mm. Partitions are designed from acoustic partition walls. On the ceilings is a hardwood flooring because of excellent acoustic characteristics. The roof is designed as a flat green roof with extensive vegetation and with thermal isolation of minera wool and with waterproofing layer made of bituminous modified SBS strips laid in two layers. Balcony railing is designed aluminous with safety glass paneling.

This thesis deals with a proposal for the completion of the city block in the locality in Brno - Koliště, Cejl and Vlhká streets. Result of the objective and subjective analysis is an urbanistic proposal and concrete architectural proposal of a Congres centre with an accomodation option on Koliště street and a residential building on Vlhká street.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis was the elaboration of the project documentation of an apartment building with regard to meeting the requirement for a building with almost zero energy requirements. The building is designed as a three-storey, partly basement lined with ceramic fittings, with contact insulation of EPS boards, reinforced concrete ceilings and a flat roof. The apartment building has 5 dwelling units and a technical part with garages. The project documentation also includes a basic assessment of building physics and fire safety solutions.

It is a building with three above-ground floors in which there are in total 4 apartments, one of them is accessible. The construction system is designed as masonry Porotherm system. Facade is insulated with a ventilated facade insulation system. The building is covered with a flat green roof. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.

The subject of this master thesis is a design of a apartment house. The Building is situated in Brno Malomerice. The building is designed as an apartment building with 21 residental units. Each flat include one cellar. Also proposed is appropriate residential facilities. For the residential building were also proposed parking spaces, which are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. The proposed object is designed as prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. The building is based on a reinforced concrete grid. The building is designed with a flat roof.

The subject of this thesis is the design and construction of a residential building and a bank which forms part of the building, based in Komin within the city of Brno. The building occupies a rectangular ground space. The residential building has one underground floor, three above-ground floors and a saddle roof. The construction is based on concrete foundation girders, the vertical and horizontal structures are designed from the Porotherm system. This project was developed using AutoCAD software. The focus during development was on layout solutions, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.

The subject of this master’s thesis is elaboration of project documentation of a residental building. It is a four above-ground floors residental object with a one underground floor. There are 9 apartments in residental floors, where one of them is designed as a flat with disability facilities. In the underground floor there is built-in garage for 18 cars and apartments accessory like cellars and others areas. Object is covered with flat roofs, most of them are terraces or rooftop gardens.
